Job Description
Overview:
CBAIA is in search of a Sr. Acquisition Analyst. This position requires extensive experience in aerospace operations and systems, engineering and life-cycle management, IT solutions and services, software and systems engineering, and missions solutions.
Responsibilities:
Experience with implementing a cohesive support program that ensures programmatic efforts for developmental, production, and legacy systems within the within the areas of missile guidance, fuzing, warhead, and targeting technologies.
Prepare for Milestone Decisions, POPS and Technical Reviews.
Develop and update programmatic documentation IAW DoD 5000 and Joint program requirements.
Perform SME representation at stakeholder IPTs.
Develop suitable program/investment strategies aligned with risk and technical priorities.
Develop Task Order Work Packages, SOWs, WBS and Project Schedules.
Coordinate effective support strategies based upon the Program Office, including implementing a comprehensive configuration control and liaison program with constituent stakeholders.
Identify training requirements and coordinating with both OPFORs and OEMs.
Conduct logistics assessments for both developmental and fielded systems undergoing upgrade, test and evaluation support.
Conduct resolution of safety issues, and resolution of both Joint and USMC issues affecting fielding and configuration of the objective capability.
Assist in the development of Programs of Instructions (POIs) for fielded systems.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Establish complex operational databases, software configuration control and system interfaces for computer system(s) assigned.
Maintain file servers, network access, document, analyze, and troubleshoot system anomalies to ensure optimum equipment performance.
Prepare system for operational use and support operational tests.
Requires Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field) or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience. DAWIA Level II or Equivalent.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
