Description
Crewestone Technologies is seeking qualified experience Management Analysts to join our team in Northern Virginia.
Crewestone Technologies, Inc (CTI), established in 1999, provides Fortune 500 companies, local, state, and federal governmental agencies with a wide range of administrative support, technical, marketing and multimedia services. Duties: Serves as the Management Analyst responsible for planning, implementation and execution of Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) actions. Advises Leadership and affected Directors on BRAC implementation plans, guidance, and timelines. Provide analysis, planning, and management of BRAC processes and the impact on installation activities. Assists in performing critical program reviews and analysis across a broad spectrum of BRAC issues, such as environmental and community impacts, facility utilization, economic adjustments, installation environmental restoration, personnel impacts, real property disposals, base structure and military construction. Evaluates and disseminates methods, criteria, and policies to be applied to realignment and closure issues. Plans and assigns work, sets priorities and advises staff members on program goals and objectives.
Requirements
Knowledge of base realignment and closure laws, policies, processes, and procedures; Knowledge of base realignment and closure goals, objectives, principles, constraints, methods, and monetary policy; Ability to conduct analytical studies and projects relative to base realignment and closure; Knowledge of military command structure, force structure missions and programs, and advanced management and organizational principles and practices; Knowledge of planning, programming, budgeting, and manpower guidelines, regulations, and processes; Knowledge of strategic planning goals and objectives, the sequence and timing of critical program events and milestones, and the ability to synchronize all aspects of BRAC growth.
Bachelor's Degree, plus specialized 5 years of experience.
This position is located in the Prince William County, Virginia.
