Description

Provide Earned Value Management (EVM) support services to the US Coast Guard. Conduct research and submit recommendations on existing Business Financial Management (BFM) processes and procedures. Collect and provide EVM data for all CG-9335 projects. Monitor and identify inconsistencies in EVM data. Coordinate use of financial and scheduling tools to provide EVM data. Assist in preparation of Integrated Business Reviews (IBR). Prepare, assemble, and disseminate program books. Capture and track action items and risks. Track and respond to program inquires requiring EVM data. Conduct on site IBR training for C4ISR managers and functional team leads. Review monthly Contractors Performance Report data for all CG-9335 contractors. Review and provide inputs on financial status aspects of the Probability of Project Success (PoPS) reports for all C4ISR projects. Help ensure EVM is applied and reflected consistently across the organization.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years experience supporting a Major Acquisition Program (DHS Level I or ACAT-I)

B.S. required, M.S. desirable

Clearance: Clearable to SECRET
