Description

Provide C4ISR acquisition program management support to the US Coast Guard. Research, identify, and track project performance objectives called out in the Coast Guard Major Systems Acquisition Manual (MSAM). Support C4ISR program organizational planning, improvement and support efforts. Research, identify, gather, compile and analyze data to support C4ISR program and project performance assessments. Gather data to support business process improvement initiatives. Research, compile, and evaluate data to support risk management. Research and identify industry standards for performance measures and metrics. Conduct research to support C4ISR systems acquisition, contracting strategies, and contract management.

Requirements

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

-Minimum 4 years experience managing complex engineering or technical efforts related to major acquisition programs (DHS Level I or ACAT I), with minimum 2 years hands-on experience directly supervising major efforts.

-B.S. or B.A

Additional Qualifications:

-M.S. or M.A.
