Description

Key Role:
This Healthcare IT professional will be a member of a team focused on the development of the Military Health Systems (MHS) Enterprise Architecture.

-Assist with Analyzing business processes and technology options to support development of the enterprise reference architecture

-Incorporate current Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) best business practices

-Examining existing interfaces and create new boundaries for applications, systems and data within the enterprise.
-Coordinating architecture efforts of the team.
Requirements
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years experience in developing actionable DoDAF architectures in IBM System Architect

-Demonstrated use and understanding of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)

-5 years in Health IT project and/or architecture management

-Experience in Health IT architecture and/or business processes

-Knowledge of DoD Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA)

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of Military Health Systems

-Knowledge of Healthcare standards such as HL-7, DICOM, and HIPAA

-Working knowledge of NHIN

-Modeling experience in UML
-Knowledge of model driven requirements concepts

-Applicants selected will be subject to a DoD security investigation.
